Yogesh began his career in technology as a Unix & Automation Engineer, working for Crossfield, SUN Microsystems, HP, and Motorola. Transitioning to investment banking and trading systems, he specialised as an Enterprise Architect, holding key roles such as Head of Core Services at Nomura, Firewall & Security Consultant at Standard Chartered, and Risk & Compliance expert at Credit Suisse.

Since 2008, Yogesh has collaborated with the leadership at Nextgen to develop their market-leading Clearing Platform and build a supporting back-office team in India. Overseeing the strategic direction of Operations, R&D, and software development, he has maintained a keen interest in cybersecurity and compliance. In 2018, he became a member of ISC2 and earned his CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) certification.
