Tom began his professional journey at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG), focusing on financial services and private equity projects. He then transitioned to private equity at Electra, investing in UK mid-cap companies. During this time, Tom gained valuable experience as a non-executive director for several portfolio businesses, offering hands-on support and guidance to drive growth and operational excellence.

Building on his expertise, Tom moved into Corporate Development at CPA Global, helping scale the business under private equity ownership, culminating in a successful multi £bn exit. More recently, Tom has taken on CFO roles in high-growth tech companies backed by venture capital and private equity, including Taptap Send and Kriya, scaling operations and securing funding.

Tom holds a degree in English Literature from the University of Cambridge, and outside of work, enjoys spending time with his wife and young son in London.
