Nick has a diverse range of experience and skills from his time in Management Consulting with Accenture, 10 years in Private Equity through to Executive Leadership including significant experience in fundraising (Debt & Equity), M&A and international growth of businesses in different sectors, right through to delivering successful exits for shareholders. 

Before joining Nextgen, Nick led the exit of his last business to an international strategic acquirer for a reported c.$250m. This was a consequence of having grown the domestic business and successfully diversified internationally, by entering the US market.  

Nick has a First Class BSc Honours Degree from Southampton University, and is an NXD and active investor in disruptive technology and property businesses.

Nick is married and lives in London with his wife and two children; he is a keen sportsman including kite surfing, tennis, golf, skiing and taking part in events including the London Marathon, Maratona Dles Dolomites and an Ironman 70.3.
