Kirit Ruparelia

Founder & Chairman

Kirit is a successful serial entrepreneur and the founder of two highly regarded companies in the clearing industry. His first company, United Clearing, was sold to Billing Services Group (BSG) in 2006, achieving a successful exit for its shareholders.

In 2007, Kirit founded Nextgen, with the goal to become the world’s largest provider of clearing and settlement services to mobile operators, meeting all of their requirements through the right mix of services and software for both domestic and international markets. His leadership has been crucial in realising these ambitions.

Before entering the mobile industry, Kirit spent over 15 years in banking and software, working for renowned companies like Reuters, Quay Financial, NeXT Software, and Apple Inc., where he had the privilege of working with Steve Jobs.

Kirit holds a BSc Honours degree in Mathematics and Psychology from the University of London, Goldsmiths College. He also chaired eComm Monitor, collaborating with digital security expert Professor Vashek Matyas.
