With over two decades in the roaming industry, Helena has developed a broad skill set with in-depth knowledge of the industry as well as close links to the major players at all levels. She is a member of several working groups within the GSMA, including the Billing and Charging Evolution Group that is focused on the future wholesale settlement needs of mobile operators such as M2M/IoT.
Commercially minded, with natural sales ability, Helena is great at generating trust-based relationships and was recently voted as one of the top 100 influential people in Roaming.
