FCH Business Unit Director
Leading the Financial Clearing Business Unit in his role as Business Unit Director, Kilian is responsible for ensuring that all customers receive the uninterrupted, outstanding service quality they have come to expect of Nextgen, managing the customer support, operations, product, and development teams for Financial Clearing.
Kilian is an accomplished, agile trained and award-winning global Customer Support and Operations Director with 15+ years’ experience in Finance, Telecoms and Technology - managing multi regional teams and achieving the highest Customer Satisfaction and Net Promoter Scores in annual surveys conducted among customers.
Kilian empowers his teams to challenge for operational and customer excellence, continuous improvement, and innovation by defining and delivering upon the appropriate KPIs. His ability to build trust with customers at all levels encourages the development of durable business relationships.
Kilian started working in Financial Clearing for Mobile Operators in 2003. He has performed a number of roles within the industry, first at United Clearing (2003-2005), then BSG (2005-2007) and at Syniverse from 2007 to 2018 in various roles until he ultimately became Global Customer Operations Director. In this position, he developed several regional centres of excellence for customer support and operations.
