Kirit is a serial entrepreneur and the founder of two highly successful companies in the clearing industry, both of which have provided good returns for Investors. The first (United Clearing) was sold on to Billing Services Group (BSG) in 2006, achieving a successful exit for the Shareholders.
When founding Nextgen in 2007, Kirits aim was twofold; first was to build a world class business that delivers seamless, automated world of Data and Financial Clearing, and second, to provide a market-leading place for employees that makes a real impact on the lives and business of its customers.
A passionate, driven and an inclusive leader, Kirit is responsible for bringing this vision into reality. Prior to moving into the mobile industry, Kirit worked in banking and software for over 15 years at companies such as Reuters and very successful fast-growing companies such as Quay Financial, NeXT Software and Apple Inc. where he had the privilege of working with Steve Jobs.
Kirit has a BSc Honors degree in Mathematics and Psychology from the University of London, Goldsmiths College. He also chaired eComm Monitor, working with Professor Vashek Matyas of Cambridge and Brno University, a world expert in digital security and cryptography.
