Davneet has worked in HR for almost 20 years, holding senior positions within Global Technology & Data Industries. She joined Nextgen at the end of 2023 to provide strategic direction to both HR and Organisational Culture as the newly appointed Global People and Culture Director. 

Following the completion of her degree at the University of Leicester, her further studies accredited her in the HR professional field at the Chartered Institute of Personal Development, which she is an active member. As a qualified Coach and NLP Practitioner Davneet is able to effectively communicate, translate information and present solutions to a wide audience, whilst fostering a culture of trust, development and collaboration.
