From 1st February 2018, PT Hutchison Indonesia selected Nextgen Clearing’s financial clearing platforms for full clearing services. (live from 7th March)
Given the changes in the way roaming is now managed and the huge increase in customer data volumes it was an opportune time to review roaming operations and reporting requirements. PT Hutchison recognised that they needed to improve their current resources in order to improve the reliability, reduce response times, and improve the quality of customer support.
After a rigorous formal tender process against the current service provider and other competitors, PT Hutchison Indonesia selected Nextgen Clearing, for their flexibility SAP reporting on FCH, aged debt processes, suite of practical tools and customer-orientated approach.
