Kirit wants to build a world-class business that makes a real impact on customers and is a great place for people to work. As Chairman and CEO, he is responsible for bringing this vision into reality.
Previously, Kirit was at United Clearing for seven years as founder and Managing Director. Prior to moving into the mobile industry, Kirit worked in banking and software for over 20 years at companies such as Reuters and SunGard. He also had the privilege of working for Steve Jobs at Next Software, which was later sold to Apple.
Kirit would like Nextgen Clearing to build on its success and establish itself as the number one company in the clearing sector, by developing new, innovative products and services.
Mike has been a key person steering the organisation, its structure and most importantly the vision of getting the most out of the talented teams we have built. In his new role as CEO, he strongly believes that getting this right is the key to each individual’s ambitions and that of our company’s.
Mike has over 30 years of senior level experience in banking, FX trading and corporate finance, as well as mobile clearing as the first investor in United Clearing in 2001.
Mike has been instrumental in the foundation of Nextgen Clearing as an investor and advisory board member since the company was formed 10 years ago.
Chief Commercial Officer
Jean previously held various leadership positions in Sales and Product Management for different Service Providers, Carriers and Mobile Operators. With over 12 years of experience in the Roaming industry, he brings considerable commercial and technical skills to Nextgen’s leadership team.
In his role as CCO, Jean ensures that Nextgen solutions exceed customers’ expectations, while addressing their needs and the challenges in the market today.
By working closely in collaboration with our customers, Jean drives product developments to materialise Nextgen’s long-term vision.
Chief Technology Officer
Mike joined Nextgen in 2017 bringing over 25 years’ experience of managing high-volume transaction processing systems. Having previously worked as Group IT Director at major brands such as William Hill and Betfred, Mike possesses a wide-ranging expertise at C-level in Software Development, IT strategy, Infrastructure and Consulting. He now heads up all of the technology divisions at Nextgen Clearing.
Mike brings an extensive and level-headed style of leadership to our Technology division and firmly believes all his team are focused on ensuring that technology supports the delivery of an organisations commercial aspirations. He sees increasing value in the ability to visualise the huge amounts of data that businesses are gathering and processing.
Global Director of Operations & Banking
Brian wants to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction from Nextgen’s financial clearing and IOTRON products. He coordinates all clearing and settlement functions, including standard operating procedure compliance, monthly SLA measurement and making recommendations for product development.
Brian began his career in the banking industry, working for Cibernet and then MACH prior to joining Nextgen in 2012. Instrumental in growing Cibernet through to its acquisition by MACH, Brian was the only member of the senior management retained through the process.
He wants to see Nextgen become an industry leader across all products and continue to attract investment. Growth is a key marker of Nextgen’s success, and Brian wants to ensure they stay ahead of the competition with new initiatives like IOTRON.
Global Head of Operations & Client Support
Helena’s role of Global Head of Operations and Client Support is to ensure operational excellence and the best support experience with Nextgen, for both Nextgen’s customers and their roaming partners.
Helena joined Nextgen in 2010, bringing her extensive experience from the customer side of our business. She previously worked for 10 years with mobile operator in Croatia in the finance and roaming departments being responsible for the E2E roaming settlement process.
Chief Architect & Head of DCH Development
Amar heads up the core development team and is responsible for continuous improvement of Nextgen’s services globally. He is also responsible for the vision, delivery and quality of the data clearing platform.
He believes incorporating facets of agile methodology are key to continuous innovation of Nextgen’s scalable platform, oriented around providing users with quality products.
Amar is focused on creating a corporate-wide vision and interoperability for all products and technologies. He believes expanding Nextgen’s Big Data architecture will be crucial for identifying what solutions customers and partners will need in the future, and this will help to drive scalable innovation.
